What can you expect:

• Downloading, cleaning and preparing micro-level data on building permits (provided by "Infostatyba" via "Atviri duomenys") for analysis.
• Merging data with other relevant regional variables (e.g. regional income).
• Data visualization (spatial).
• Analyzing and presenting data into a short report.

What we expect from you:

• Study field in economics.
• High-quality analytical skills and economic intuition.
• Ability to collect and analyze data with some experience of R.
• Motivation to learn spatial data analysis with R.
