HR Business Partner (Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and manage essential HR processes across assigned departments;
Take full ownership of the employee performance management process, ensuring its effective implementation, consistency, and continuous improvement;
Partner with people managers, providing advice and guidance on various people and culture topics;
Advise and coach people managers on employee performance, development, and compensation;
Offer your expertise in team dynamics and handling complex or sensitive situations;
Lead recruitment processes for managerial positions and contribute to hiring for other roles;
Support the implementation of structural and organizational changes;
Analyse people data and provide insights to support organisational and people-related decisions.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree from a university (mandatory);
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR;
Strong knowledge of, and hands-on experience in, key HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits;
Ability to act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Data-driven and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions;
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Monthly salary in the range of EUR 3,496–4,589 (bruto) depending on your competences.
