Join our U2A squad and help shape functional requirements for critical project. As a Junior Functional Analyst, you’ll work alongside experienced business and IT professionals to analyse user needs, write clear user stories, and support testing and delivery of high-quality solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Support Senior Team Members in maintaining the product backlog.
• Help write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Draft functional documentation that accurately describes business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities: verify that delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
• Assist the QA team with functional certification tasks
• Provide support in test and production environments — respond to user requests and help investigate issues.

What we expect:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• English: C1 level (spoken & written).
• Experience: 2 years in a business analysis or functional analyst role.
• Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
• Communication skills: Comfortable working with developers, other functional teams, and stakeholders; good collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
